All,

MikeyMike has graciously agreed to allow me to post my top football picks here for everyone to view and use.  You can visit my website for all of my picks and notes at Moe's Free NFL Picks.

For Week 6, my top three picks are:

Over 44 total points in the Oakland/San Diego game

Under 52.5 total points in the Dallas/New England game

and the Giants -3.5 points in their Monday Night Football game against Atlanta.

Stick it to your bookie!

Week 7 picks are now posted on my site!

My 3 recommended plays are:

Under 44.5 IND/JAX on Monday
Over 44.5 TB/DET on Sunday
Over 46.5 DAL/MIN on Sunday

I feel that there is an easy money 7 point teaser available this week.  Bet 13 to win 10 on Dallas -2.5 and tie it to Over 29 WAS/AZ.

Bust Your Bookie!

Week 8 is upon us!

My three recommend plays for week 8 are:

Over 37.5 total points in the Eagles/Vikings game

Under 48 total points in the Steelers/Bengals game

and Cleveland -3 on the road against St. Louis.

There is also another 7 point teaser that I think is easy money!  I recommend taking Oakland +14.5 and tying it to Over 30.5 total points in the Eagles/Vikings game!

Cash In, Win, & Cash Out!

Nice shot, Moe.  You hit all 3!  Thanks for the picks!

I had money on that under in the Pittsburgh game.  Cha-Ching!

Thanks Vinnie!  I actually had a very rare perfect recommended play week last week!  All 3 locks, my teaser pick, my upset pick, and all 3 "Also Likes" were winners.  It doesn't happen often!! Smiley

This week, I am going with the following top 3 picks:

1. Redskins -3.5 vs the Jets  -- Jets have a new QB & their top receiver is doubtful!  Wash. will bounce back from their loss to the Pats.

2. Chargers -7 vs the Vikings -- Viking's starting QB is playing with a broken finger on his throwing hand.  Vikings are last in the NFL vs the pass and their top CB, Winfield is hurt.  Chargers D. will mostly contain Peterson and he can not win the game himself.

3. Chargers/Viklings Over 41 Total Points -- Chambers & Gates are too much for the Viking's secondary.

Looks like a good chance for a SD -7 and Over 41 parlay that pays out at 13 for every 5 wagered...  Please see my site (listed in the first post in this thread) for a complete listing of all picks and additional recommended plays.

OK, sadly, I was mistaken about Peterson not being able to win a game against the Chargers all by himself....

Where were the Charger Linebackers??  ..sigh..

For Sunday, my best bets are:

Indy -3.5 vs Chargers.  -- Addai runs for 100, receives for 100

Over 40.5 Vikings/Packers --  Favre will put 30 pts on the board.  Peterson is good for 21.

Over 35 Jaguars/Titans -- Jacksonville may have problems at Defensive Tackle which will allow for the Titans to run.  Titans defense may score a TD if Gray starts.

Upset special:  Watch for the 49ers to put forth their best effort of the season against a banged up Seahawks team.

Boom..Bookie..Boom!

Week 11, I have the best bests on the board as the following:

Giants -2.5 --> Lions are not the real deal.  Giants D. will smother Kitna.

Steelers -9.5 -->  PIT #1 defense vs NYJ #29 offense..   PIT #5 offense vs NYJ #30 defense!

Over 40.5 total points in MIA vs PIT -->  McNabb & the Eagles run over MIA's #30 run defense.  Beck and Miami put up enough of a fight to push the total over.

I also like an easy money play of wager 13 to win 10 on a 7 point teaser of PIT -2.5 and Under 46.5 SF/STL.

Win some scratch!

In week 12, check the weather before betting these first two, but I like:

Over 40.5 in the Steelers vs Dolphins game.  A Monday night game for the lowly Dolphins will act as their superbowl this season.  They will put some points up on a Pittsburgh team playing without Polamalu.

Over 40.5 in the Giants vs Vikings game.  The number seems low to me with the scoring capabilities of  both teams.  Check the weather and if it looks favorable, take this one!

I also like the Saints -2.5 vs the Panthers.  Chris Gamble is hurt for the stumbling Panthers and the Saints are rolling.

For a 7 point teaser, I went with the big underdogs.  Philly +31 tied with Miami +23

Winner! Winner!  Chicken Dinner!

Week 13 has some tough games, but I have some picks that I feel good about.  I like:

The Giants -1.5 on the road against the Bears.  Eli will bounce back from his 4 INT game last week.

Miami -1 vs the Jets.  The Dolphins finally get a win against a Jets team without Cotchery and with a hurting Laverneus Coless.

Redskins -5.5 against the Bills.  The death of teammate, Sean Taylor, will fuel a Washington team as they put up points against a Bills team going back to rookie, Trent Edwards at QB, and without rookie Marshawn Lynch at RB.

Good luck!!!

Week 13 was a bit rough.  I am looking for a nice rebound in Week 14 with the following:

Over 40.5 Packers/Raiders  -- Packers outpoint the Raiders, but the Raiders do not go down without a fight.

Over 40.5 Chargers/Titans -- Tomlinson runs free with Haynesworth still hobbled, but Vince Young will lead the Titans to a come from behind victory in a scoring frenzy.

Buccaneers -3 vs the Texans -- Garcia returns to the field to lead his team past the Rosenfels led Texans in an easy victory.

Please check out my site for the rest of my picks, teasers, upset pick, and stay/aways!

I'm starting out week 15 in a hole as I had both favorites winning on Thursday & Saturday.

I feel that my recommended plays are solid this week:

Under 38 in the Ravens/Dolphins game

Over 43.5 in the Vikings/Beats game

Titans -4 on the road vs the Chiefs

I've only hit one out of three plays each of the last two weeks, so I am looking to break out of a slump!

Merry Christmas everyone!

This week, I am going with Santa bringing lots of points!

Over 39 total points in the Raiders/Jaguars game.  Jaguars put up points against a Raiders team that plays hard for coach Kiffin.

Over 42.5 total points in the Cowboys/Panthers game.  The Romo-to-Witten train keeps rolling.

Over 40.5 total points in the Vikings/Redskins game.  The Todd Collins revival continues as he looks solid against a weak Vikings defense...

Cash out for Christmas! Smiley

I hope everyone had a great Chistmas!

For the final week of the regular season, my three recommended plays are:

Over 41 in the Jaguars/Texans game.  Jacksonville has scored 24 or more in 9 straight games.  Houston is averaging over 27 points per game over their last 6 home games.  Even if Jacksonville rests Garrard, the over feels good in this one!

Steelers -3 over the Ravens.  Charlie Batch & Najeh Davenport run the Steeler offense over a Raven defense without Ray Lewis.  Troy Smith & Musa Smith run the Ravens offense against the #1 defense in the NFL.

Under 40 Saints/Bears.  The Saints are down to their 3rd string running back in a game which will feature lots of running.

Please check out my site at http://www.birdtronics.com/gh0stship/football for further picks and info.  Happy New Year!

Only one lock for Round 1 of the Playoffs:

Over 40 in the Chargers/Titans game.   40 seems awful low for a game of this magnitude.  I expect at least 50 total points to be scored!

Good Luck!
